NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday) Excludes Public Holidays.

Local Call Out Fee: (LCOF)

$160.00 ex tax including first 30 minutes on site.
within 40 kms of *nominated CBD.
$100 ex tax to ‘Attend Site’ + ½ hour Labour
Labour is charged at $120 ex tax / hr
Additional Time: $120.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments

 

Regional Call Out Fee (RCOF)

$260.00 ex tax including first 30 minutes on site.
40 to 100 kms of *nominated CBD.
$200 ex tax to ‘Attend Site’ + ½ hour Labour
Labour is charged at $120 ex tax / hr
Additional Time: $120.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments

 

Country Call Out Fee: (CCOF)

Quoted fee.
Over 100 kms from *nominated CBD.
Cost of travel, accommodation, meals, etc
Labour is charged at $120 ex tax / hr
Additional Time: $120.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments

 

AFTER HOURS (Monday to Friday 5:00 p.m. to 8.30 a.m.)

Call Out Fee (as above) PLUS
$180.00 ex tax/hr for up to 3 hours then $240 ex tax/hr
**Minimum of 2 hours charged.
Excludes Public Holidays.

 

AFTER HOURS (Saturday & Sunday)

Call Out Fee (as above) PLUS
$180.00 ex tax/hr for up to 3 hours then $240 ex tax/hr
****Minimum of 4 hours charged.

 

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

$240.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments****

ESCALATION FEE

$200.00 ex tax
Escalation Fee is for any Urgent Job that requires attendance within 8 (normal) working hours. It is additional to the above costs.

 

NOTE

Distance is ‘drive distance’ not ‘line of site’ and is calculated using ‘whereis’ or ‘RACQ – travel’. Travel Time (sealed roads) is based on (averaged) 80km/hr.
