Excludes Public Holidays.

Local Call Out Fee: (LCOF)

$100.00 ex tax call out fee
within 50 kms of *nominated CBD.
Labour is charged at $120.00 ex tax / hr
Additional Time: $120.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments @ $30.00 ex tax.

Regional Call Out Fee (RCOF)

$200.00 ex tax call out fee
between 50 kms and 100 kms of *nominated CBD.
Labour is charged at $120 ex tax / hr
Additional Time: $120.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments @ $30.00 ex tax.

Country Call Out Fee: (CCOF)

Quoted fee.
Over 100 kms from *nominated CBD.
Cost of travel, accommodation, meals, etc
Labour is charged at $120 ex tax / hr
Additional Time: $120.00 ex tax/hr charged in ¼ hour segments @ $30.00 ex tax.

AFTER HOURS

(Monday to Friday 5:00 p.m. to 8.30 a.m.)

Call Out Fee (as above) PLUS
$180.00 ex tax/hr for up to 3 hours then $240 ex tax/hr
**Minimum of 2 hours charged.

Escalation Fee is for any Urgent Job that requires attendance within 8 (normal) working hours. It is additional to the above costs.
NOTE Distance is ‘drive distance’ not ‘line of site’ and is calculated using ‘whereis’ or ‘RACQ – travel’. Travel Time (sealed roads) is based on (averaged) 80km/hr.
