Ensham Resourses Company is a large mining company based in Emerald.

This client was in need of upgrading and expansion of their communication system due to the growth of the industry as their current system had reached capacity and the Brisbane office had just upgraded to a LG130 and NTD focus was on the grading the Emerald Site.
The client needed to be able to communicate between their mine sites and therefore VoIP was the best solution to their requirements, as the Emerald site has limited cabling VoIP is the best solution. We have also offered voicemail to accommodate the client’s needs.

On site observations were that the battery backup that the client currently has is old and was recommended that it be updated and should be replaced every couple of years.

The client is satisfied with the TBS concept and the system has now been successfully installed. The VoIP system has met the client’s needs and has provided the communication solution that was required.

Due to the complexity of this telephone system, concerns for installation from the client were unsubstantiated and the cut over was a smooth process due to professional customer service provided by the Technicians and Sales Staff at National Telephone Data.
