Bill Dreger Glass is a glass and aluminum manufacturing concern based in Bowen QLD (just north of Mackay).
They had an old commander telephone system that they had owned for many years and was starting to show signs of wear and tear as well as intermittent faults. Due to the age of the system there were no more parts available to replace or repair the system.
For some time they managed with the system as they costs to replace the system in full were quite high.

They now have additional features on the phone system, like voicemail, which helps the business run more smoothly, all with a very small capital outlay.
