National Telephone and Data group, or NTD as we are also known, commenced operations in 1994. Since being awarded Telstra Business Systems (TBS) National Dealer of the year (2005 / 2006) NTD has grown into one of Telstra’s largest national partners. As of January 2009, we have supplied and installed over 4000 business telephone systems with around 1000 of these being the Telstra branded TBS systems. In recent years we have added additional products and services to our portfolio enabling us to provide our clients with “whole of business solutions” including both FIXED LINE and MOBILE Voice and Data products.

Service Coverage Around Australia (Direct Staff and Channel Partners)

To provide service coverage we have around 80 full time technical, sales and admin staff situated in offices in Brisbane (our state office) , Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Townsville and Cairns. Additional coverage is provided by our NTD Channel Partners (agents) in cities including Sydney, Melbourne and Darwin whilst regionally Airlie Beach, Mackay Mt Isa, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast are also supported.

With our vast resources and partnerships with LG Ericsson, NEC and Telstra, using qualified Austel Certified technicians, local sales and service locations and manufacturer based support, NTD can service systems almost anywhere in Australia.
